Evening Prayer – 22 January 2020

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

It has been a long, yet eventful day

Much has been discussed

Much has been accomplished

And now it is time for some much needed rest

Thank you Lord, for your Spirit’s presence

May our sleep be deep and refreshing

Now as my eyelids grow heavy

I lift this humble prayer to you

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
