The sun has set in the sky
Evening has come to us
With the darkness comes rest
Yet in the darkness people look for shelter
In the darkness, people are afraid
In the darkness people search for hope
Lord in your mercy, meet us
Meet us in the valley of shadows
Meet us in the times of fear
Meet us in the times of despair
Lord, shelter us in your arms
Dona Nobis Pacem
Grant Us Peace
