Evening Prayer – 11 September 2021

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

It has been another long day, Lord

The exhaustion is very real

Yet a week from today we will be back home

So many emotions bubbling up

Thank you for my sweetheart who is my partner in life, love, and ministry

Thank you for our sweet puppy who has patiently accompanied us on this journey

Now as my eyelids grow heavy

I lift this humble prayer to you

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
