Evening Prayer – 27 March 2021

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

Thankful for a day of rest and reflection

Thankful for a time to simply Be Still

Thankful for my sweetheart and our puppy

Thankful for our calling to serve

On a night when storms are raging for so many

On a night when friends are in hospital

On this night I lift prayers for all those in need

On this night I offer prayers for my dear friends celebrating Passover

On this night I watch, I wait, and I pray

Dona Nobis Pacem et in Terra

Grant Us Peace on Earth
