Evening Prayer – 26 September 2020

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

Even though it was a lot of driving

It was good to be with Denise’s father and brother for a few hours for lunch

As we drove back, Sister Moon was guiding us home

Such beauty above us

Such beauty around us

Thank you Lord, for these gifts of wonder and awe

Now as my eyelids grow heavy

I lift this humble prayer to you

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
