Evening Prayer – 28 January 2020

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

What a wonderful day, Lord

Time spent in meetings and at work

Time spent in reflection

Time spent simply Being Still

Time spent writing and pondering

Time spent walking and enjoying the outdoors with my sweetheart

For all of this I thank you, Lord

Now as my eyelids grow heavy

I lift this humble prayer to you

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
