The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow
A long day’s journey down the mountain and back up
Fruitful hospital ministry
Fruitful time for reflection
A wonderful evening of music with new friends
Time to enjoy a walk with my sweetheart
Now, as my eyelids grow heavy
I lift this humble prayer to you

I am, Laureen, thank you ❤️❤️ I did overdo it a bit on my walk yesterday later in the afternoon, but recovered sufficiently to get a five mile walk in this morning before the temps got bad (Rocky Mountain bad, not Austin, TX bad!!)… by the way, the group we saw last night is from Austin, TX! The Flyin’ A’s… a husband and wife duo who are awesome! We had dinner with them at a friends house on Tuesday evening and enjoyed an impromptu House Concert as well!
That’s great! If the Austin folk are still there, tell them they missed some crazy amazing storms last night. 😅

They are heading back today and hope to arrive around 10 pm. Their puppy dog is not feeling well so they need to get her home. I am sure they will Be glad to have missed it!
I’d encourage you to look them up sometime. They are a lot of fun and quite energetic!
