Evening Prayer – 17 June 2019

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

A wonderful day with family and friends

Awaiting departure and a flight home

Weather delays cannot dampen our spirits

It means more time with dear friends

Now as my eyelids grow heavy

I lift this humble prayer to you

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
