The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

Sometimes it is a difficult journey

Walking through the Valley of the Shadows

Walking with those who mourn

Remembering those who are suffering

Suffering the effects of catastrophic storms

Suffering from the effects of warfare and greed

In such an environment, Lord remind us

Of your presence

Of your compassion

Of your strength

Of your peace

In your mercy, Lord, hear this humble prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
