The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

It has been a day of ministry

Celebrations of life and love

Celebrations of friendship

Celebrations of the wonder of Your creation

It has also been a time of reflection

A time of mourning

A time of remembering

For my sweet wife I pray

Strength for the journey

Peace for her and for her father

For our family and extended family

For our sisters and brothers

For all of your creation

Lord, hear this humble prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem et in Terra

Grant Us Peace on Earth
