Evening Prayer – 5 May 2018

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

Another weekend of busyness

Time spent with colleagues in ministry

And now as my eyelids grow heavy

I ponder the day and the weekend so far

Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted

Guide and sustain those who lead your flock, Lord

As we prepare for worship

As I prepare to share Your message

As I prepare to serve the Lord’s Supper

Let your Spirit guide and sustain me

For all of your children, I lift this prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
