Evening Prayer – 23 March 2018

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

An emotionally draining day, Lord

Walking through the Valley of the Shadows

Yet blessed to walk with dear family and friends

Our hearts ache, Lord

Our Mothers are no longer in this world

Thankful, Lord

They remain in our hearts and our memories

As we approach Holy Week

As we walk the way of the Cross

Lord, bring us your light and your presence

May we always be aware of your presence

Lord, in your mercy, hear this prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
