Evening Prayer – 15 September 2017

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

A day of fellowship and a day of service

A day of difficult discussions 

A time to ponder and a time to pray

When we don’t know what to pray, Lord

You always speak in our inmost heart

Thank you for that precious gift of your presence

As eyelids grow heavy and hearts sigh

Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer 

Dona Nobis Pacem 

Grant Us Peace
