Evening Prayer – 11 August 2017

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

A day of continued adjustment 

A day of recovery

A hospital call to share love and hope and presence

In the midst of it all, a wedding rehearsal

A young couple beginning their new life together tomorrow

Just as you always seem to remind us, Lord

In the midst of chaos, your peace

In the midst of uncertainty, your presence 

Lord, in the midst of it all, hear our prayer 

Dona Nobis Pacem et in Terra 

Grant Us Peace on Earth
