Sermon – Kinde Our Hearts, Lord! – 30 April 2017

April 30, 2017

As the disciples walked along the road to Emmaus, a stranger came along side and thus began a conversation which culminated in Jesus being “made known” to them in the breaking of the bread. This picture was from our Holy Saturday hike along the trail out of Hollowell Park. When we slow down, we can often discover Christ’s presence in our midst. But we have to slow down in order to do that. Take time to be still and see where Christ is present in your midst.

First Scripture Reading – Psalm 116:1-4, 12-19

Second Scripture Reading – Luke 24:13-35
