The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

A day of rest, relaxation, and reflection

Finishing up shopping and preparing for tomorrow

As the fireplace glows and warms

As the lights from the tree warm the room

The spirit of the season touches hearts and lives

May the warmth of your love, O God

May the light of your Spirit, O God

May they transform us this Holy Season

May they transform us always

Lord, in your mercy, hear this prayer 

Dona Nobis Pacem et in Terra 

Grant Us Peace on Earth
