Evening Prayer – 3 October 2016

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

A time of remembering and reflecting

Giving thanks for dear ones in my life

Thanking God for renewal of friendships 

A Mentor, Colleague, Friend

He died surrounded by loving friends

He died as they gathered for the Feast of St Francis

May the holy angels bring him to your bosom, Lord

May your holy comfort be with those who mourn

Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer 

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
