Evening Prayer – 30 September 2016

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

Where has September gone?

Time has flown and life has been incredibly full

Thank you, Lord, for the privilege of serving

Thank you, Lord, for new friends and family

In the midst of this mountain paradise

It can be easy to forget

Let us not forget… may we always remember

Blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted 

Bless those in need with your healing touch

Comfort those who are lost and alone

Protect those who suffer because of warfare, injustice, and hatred

Lord, in this world filled with hatred and fear

Make us instruments of your peace 

Hear this heartfelt prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
