After another full day of ministry

After a wonderful reunion with friends

The Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

As this simple prayer lifts to you, O Lord

Circle us, Lord

Keep your love present in our midst

Keep fear and frustration at bay

Keep your grace present in our midst

Keep judgment and hatred at bay

In all things, may we reflect your mercy

In all places, may we reflect your grace

In our lives, may we be your peace

Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem 

Grant Us Peace
