Evening Prayer – 25 May 2016

As the sun sets, the Vesper Lights flicker

Arising each morning with Psalm 118:24

This is the day the Lord has made

Let us rejoice and be glad in it

We move into the day to serve you, Lord

With each conversation and interaction

May we see the face & spirit of Christ

May the divine within us

Greet the divine within them… Namaste

Now, at the end of the day, I thank you

For the opportunity to serve

For the opportunity to share

For the opportunity to love

As the sun sets, I lift this prayer

A prayer for all whom I have met

A prayer for all of your children

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
