Evening Prayer – 20 May 2016

Last night the past seven weeks caught up with us… In bed by 9 pm! No prayer… But today has been a wonderful day of relaxation, fun, fellowship, and photography!

As your fire lit the sky

With the setting of the sun

Your Vesper Lights glowed in the sky, Lord

For a day of refreshment and rejuvenation

We give you thanks, O Lord

For healing and peace for those we love

We ask your blessing and healing, O Lord

For the beauty and wonder of your creation 

We give you thanks, O Lord

For peaceful and deep sleep

We ask your blessing, O Lord

For all of your children, we lift our prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
