Evening Prayer – 7 December 2015

  
On this night, O Lord, tired and exhausted

I come before you in prayer 

Lighting the Vesper lights

I thank you for your strength

I thank you for your faithfulness

I thank you for teaching me

How to love my neighbor

How to do justice

How to love mercy

How to walk humbly with you

I thank you for your patience with my faltering spirit

Thank you for never giving up on me

Lord, this and every night

Dona Nobis Pacem
