A Culture of Care – Pope Francis

I adored Francis’s way, as did so many. But is there not a fascinating paradox, while faulting government, using the phrase “culture of power” … “domination” when this idea is being floated by the leader of the all-powerful catholic church?
I surmise that Francis’s most glorious, soulful intent was in conflict with papal environs, from start to finish.
It is a fascinating paradox. I also believe that he tried his best as an imperfect human to live differently and as you said, in conflict with papal environs.
He was such an amazing Pope. I miss him so much.
Yes indeed, Annie, I do too. My hope is that the Cardinals don’t do what happened here… a massive step backwards.
