Evening Prayer – 3 August 2021

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

It has been a challenging week, Lord

Yet in the midst of challenges there have been so many blessings

The blessings of dear friends who are family

The blessings of those who understand the difficulties we face

The ones who love and are praying for us and for my Dad

The wonderful opportunities to simply Be Still

To Be Still in the midst of your creation

Now as my eyelids grow heavy

I lift this humble prayer to you

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
