Evening Prayer – 5 July 2020

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

A long and full Lord’s day of fellowship and worship

A day to study and do coursework

A time to read and reflect

A time to gather around the Lord’s table

An evening spend with my sweetheart

Such a day full of grace

Thank you Spirit for that blessing

Now as my eyelids grow heavy

I lift this humble prayer to you

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
