Evening Prayer – 7 January 2020

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

A day of forced rest for healing

A day of reflection and prayer

A day of reading and contemplation

A day to simply Be Still

Thank you Lord, for this time

Thank you for my sweet wife

Now as my eyelids grow heavy

I lift this humble prayer to you

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
