Evening Prayer – 4 December 2019

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

It was a long day of travel, Lord

Yet the aircrew took good care of us

We are safely at home with dear friends who are family

Thank you for this opportunity to rest and relax

Thank you for the wonders of this day

Now as my eyelids grow heavy

I lift this humble prayer to you

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
