Evening Prayer – 24 November 2019

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

A tremendous Lord’s Day of worship

Your Spirit was truly present, Lord

A wonderful day with my sweetheart

Wonderful despite the raging winds

We were able to spend time with our four-legged neighbors

We were able to spend a wonderful evening in front of the fireplace

Now as my eyelids grow heavy

I lift this humble prayer to you

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
