Evening Prayer – 23 November 2019

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

It has been a day of reflection

It has been a day of relaxation

It has been a day of contemplation

It has also been a day of prayer

Lord walk with my dear friends

Walk with them through the Valley of the Shadows

As we settle down for the night

As my eyelids grow heavy

I lift this humble prayer to you

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
