Evening Prayer – 22 October 2019

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

It has been a long day, Lord

A time for counsel

A time of fellowship

A time of reflection

A quick call to the hospital

Walking once again with a family

Walking together through the Valley of the Shadows

An evening of reading and contemplation

Seeking your guidance, Lord

Now as my eyelids grow heavy

I lift this humble prayer to you

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
