Evening Prayer – 4 September 2019

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

A day of ministry and pet care

A day of reflection and wonder

The beauty of your creation, Lord

A wonderful evening at our first Season of Peace Outdoor Service

Yet also a time of sadness

Mourning with dear friends

The loss of a precious four-legged family member

Hearts are sad and broken

Yet in the midst of it all

So much love given to a dear and precious puppy ❤️🐾

As they walk through the Valley of the Shadows

May your love and comfort be with them

Now as my eyelids grow heavy

I lift this humble prayer to you

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
