Evening Prayer – 29 July 2019

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

A long, exhausting, productive day

Thank you Lord, for your Spirit’s presence

A time with family comes to an end

Thank you Lord, for the gift of love

An evening with good friends

Thank you, Lord for joy and sunsets

Now as my eyelids grow heavy

I lift this humble prayer to you

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
