Evening Prayer – 2 June 2019

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

A wonderful time of worship

Breaking bread with the Lord around the Table

Feeling the movement of the Spirit

Time spent with new and dear friends

Sharing love and faith and life

Saying farewell to a dear Saint

Finally, to enjoy a walk in Your creation, Lord

For so many gifts

For your presence in our midst

Thank you, gracious and loving God

Now, as my eyelids grow heavy

I lift this humble prayer to you

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
