Light – A Reflection

Even though the snow was falling

Even though the sun was hiding behind the clouds

Even when my spirit struggles

Even in the mist and the gloom

Your Spirit is ever present

Your Light shines in the darkness

The darkness will not overcome us

When we slow down and simply Be Still

When we take time to simply breathe

You reveal yourself, Lord

Reveal yourself in the wonder of your creation

Thank you for this reminder, Lord

This reminder as we walk through the Valley of the Shadows

Let your light shine through us

Make us instruments of your peace
