Evening Prayer – 13 March 2019

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

A quick morning at work before we closed down

Snow was heavy and driving difficult

Yet once at home, a Sabbath rest

For all those who work to keep the roads clear

We give you thanks

For those who have to travel

We ask your protection and guidance

For this gift of rest

We give you thanks

In your mercy, Lord, hear this humble prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
