Evening Prayer – 11 February 2019

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

As I listen to the howling of the wind

I consider those who have no shelter

As I consider those who have no shelter

I pray that shelter, love, and kindness will be offered to them

As I consider the warmth of the fire

I pray that you will show me the way

The way to share the warmth of your love

The way to share the light of your grace

The way to share the depths of your mercy

I pray, O Lord, that you would make me an instrument of your peace

Dona Nobis Pacem
