Evening Prayer – 4 February 2019

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

It has been a long day, Lord

A day filled with love and blessings

An early rise to take dear friends to the airport

A day of work, study, and preparation

Now, an evening of rest before an early flight in the morning

Once more, we walk through the Valley of the Shadows

Walking with a dear friend and her family

Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted

Lord make us instruments of your peace

Make us instruments of your love

Help us to be fully present

Make us instruments of your compassion

In your mercy, hear this humble prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
