Evening Prayer – 21 December 2018

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

It has been a day of reflection and preparation

A wonderful afternoon of music and laughter

A meaningful and deep time of worship

Fellowship around the table with family and friends

The shortest day and the longest night

Solstice reflections and blessings

And now, as my eyelids grow heavy

I lift this humble prayer to you, Lord

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
