Evening Prayer – 30 November 2018

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

What a wonderful day of introspection, Lord

What a time of sharing and discerning

Gathering together with fellow clergy

An opportunity to share, challenge, and grow

A time for a inspiring prayer walk

A time of heartfelt Taize worship

Also a time of listening, loving and supporting for my love

Thankful that she is helping my Dad to move

What a tremendous blessing she is

Thank you, Lord, for such a gift in a partner in faith, life, and ministry

Now, as my eyelids grow heavy

I lift this humble prayer to you

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
