Not the typical Evening Prayer

Even though the Sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

On this night we remember

My Mom and Denise’s Mom

Gone from our midst physically

Close to our hearts

Not a day goes by that we don’t remember

The love of our Moms, Shirley and Jeanne

We hold you close

We cherish our memories

We cherish your love

As we mourn, we pray

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
