The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

It has been one of those days, Lord

A time of reflection

A time of study

A time of contemplation

A time to simply be still and know that you are God

In a world gone mad, we need your presence

We need your mercy

We need your calm

We need your love

We need your peace

As my eyelids grow heavy

In your mercy, Lord, hear this humble prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
