The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

A difficult beginning to the day

Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted

A dear friend has transitioned from this world to the next

Yet in the midst of mourning

A wonderful day of fellowship and friendship

Reminders that you guide us, Lord

Reminders that you sustain us, Lord

Reminders that you never leave us alone, Lord

As we walk this journey, Lord, I lift this humble prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
