Evening Prayer – 28 July 2018

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

It has been a long day, Lord

Saying farewell to a member of our community

Hospital call which also included laughter and love

Now, with sermon reflections completed

With heavy eyelids and a full heart

May I find sleep deep and refreshing

As always, I lift this humble prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
