Evening Prayer – 18 May 2018

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

It has been a long day of travel for my beloved

A week spent caring for her Dad

Time spent remembering her Mom

She is back home again

A lovely evening with dear friends

Her hubby and her puppy are happy

As we prepare for Pentecost weekend

May your Spirit of renewal come

May your Spirit of encouragement blow anew

May we be encouraged and strengthened for the journey

As we serve you Lord, hear our prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem
