Evening Prayer – 11 May 2018

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

As I think of dear ones no longer with us

As I think of those who grieve and mourn

Help me to walk with them through the Valley of the Shadows

As I think of a world so fraught with violence

As I think of a world twisted by hatred and fear

May your light and your hope shine through me

Lord in your mercy, hear this prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
