The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

A day of rest and reflection

A time to recharge Spiritual Batteries

As I prepare for a Graveside Service

As we prepare for a Presbytery meeting weekend

As I prepare for Sunday worship

Lord, your grace and your Spirit

Your love and your mercy

All have been constant companions

As I pray for the family who mourns

Walking as they are through the Valley of the Shadows

As I pray for the work of our Presbytery

As I pray for Sunday’s service of worship

As I pray for your creation, tattered and torn by division

As I lift these prayers to you, Lord

Hear this humble prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
