Evening Prayer – 7 April 2018

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

It has been a day of relaxing and fellowship

It has also been a day of reflection

Reflecting on tomorrow’s message

Putting myself into the shoes of Thomas

Putting myself into the shoes of the Disciples

As I prepare for sleep I also remember

Dear ones who are walking a difficult path

Blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted

Dear ones who are walking through the Valley of the Shadows

Comfort and encourage them, Lord

For all of your children, I lift this prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
