Evening Prayer – 31 March 2018

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

The day has been full

Full of reflection

Full of the beauty of your creation

Full with the fellowship of dear friends

Yet in the background is the Valley

Lord, we watch and wait and weep this night with Mary Magdalene

Awaiting the dawn and yet unsure of what to do

Even though we walk through the Valley of the Shadows

You are with us

Guide us into the light of your love

In your mercy, hear this prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
