Evening Prayer- 30 March 2018

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

As the sun set and our prayers were said

As we gathered to remember the horror of Good Friday

As we gathered at the foot of the cross

As we walked with Joseph of Arimathea and Nicodemus

As we watched the stone rolled over the tomb

Our hearts are broken with Mary’s

We will sit with Mary this night and weep

We will sit with Mary this night and pray

On this difficult night, hear our prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
