Evening Prayer – 20 March 2018

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

A day filled with preparations

A time of mourning

Exhaustion is a constant companion

Yet in the midst of it all

Love, laughter, fellowship, family

At times it overwhelms

The number we walk with daily

Through the Valley of the Shadows

What a sacred honor and privilege

For those we walk with, Lord, we pray

For your comfort

For your strength

For your grace

For your peace

In your mercy, hear this prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
